and Testament, Trust, Health Care Proxy, Living Will and Power of Attorney. We also provide our clients with sensitive and efficient Probate and Administration
representation in Surrogate's Court during what is often the most difficult time in their lives. Kennedy and Gillen has many years of experience in Probate proceedings,
and we provide personal assistance and advice to Estate fiduciaries on methods of accumulating, preserving and managing Estate assets until disposition of those
assets in accordance with the Will.
