Financial and non-financial incentives are available to support green buildings and their related energy and environmental benefits.
The database below compiles sources of funding ranging from Federal Tax credits for energy efficiency and renewable energy to municipal
property tax benefits to local utility rebates for LEED Certified projects. While many of the incentives may not be specifically geared
toward "green," each one can be leveraged on any green project including new homes, existing home renovations, and new or existing buildings.
