Barry Krivisky received his B.A. from the University of Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1971; and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1976. He was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar in 1977. He is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Krivisky was formerly Vice President, Associate General Counsel Altria Corporate Services Inc. from 2004-2005 providing services to Philip Morris International, Inc., Philip Morris USA Incorporated and Kraft Foods International, Inc. and other Altria subsidiaries; Assistant General Counsel of Altria and Philip Morris Corporate Services Inc. from 1988-2004; Trademark Counsel of Philip Morris Incorporated from 1986-1988. Previously, Mr. Krivisky was a partner with Ladas & Parry in New York from 1981-1986; He was an associate at Ladas & Parry from 1977-1981. Mr. Krivisky is a member of INTA, ABA, and NYSBA.

Mr. Krivisky has extensive experience in international trademark law and practice including worldwide trademark filing and prosecution, licensing and assignments, due diligence, and inter partes matters including nullity actions, oppositions, cancellation actions, infringements, and unfair competition; copyright; domain name disputes; ICANN UDRP proceedings; litigation in the Federal and State Courts; portfolio management and counseling.

ALLEN R. MORGANSTERN Allen R. Morganstern

Allen Morganstern received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University School of Engineering in 1962 and his J.D. degree from Washington University School of Law in 1965. After graduating law school, Mr. Morganstern was a U.S. Patent Examiner from 1965-1966 and served as a captain in the U.S. Army J.A.G.C. from 1966-1969. He was admitted to practice law in Missouri in 1965 and New York in1970. U.S. Court of Military Appeals, 1966; U.S. Court of Customs and Patent Appeals, 1968-1982; U.S. Court of Claims, 1969; U.S. Federal District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, 1972; U.S. Supreme Court, 1973; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, 1975; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 1982; U.S. Federal District Court, Western District of New York and U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, 1986.

Mr. Morganstern is primarily engaged as a trial lawyer and has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, before both bench and jury. He has successfully litigated patent, trademark and copyright matters through trial and appellate levels. Mr. Morganstern is "Of Counsel" to SSMP, and is senior partner in Morganstern & Quatela.

Stephen Young received his B.E., Electrical from City College of New York in 1962; and his J.D. from St. John's University in 1967. He was admitted to the N.Y. State Bar in 1968, and is registered to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Young was formerly Patent Counsel for ITT from 1967-1971; Patent Counsel for several businesses of General Electric (GE) from 1972-1983; Group Patent Counsel for GE's Aerospace Business from 1984-1993; Assistant General Counsel for Martin Marietta/Lockheed Martin from 1993-1999.

Mr. Young has extensive experience in acquisition, disposition and licensing of intellectual property assets; management of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and counterfeiting litigation; patent validity and infringement investigations and opinions; and U.S. Government Contract Regulations relating to Patent and Data Rights matters; technology ranging from 3D Graphics, computers, semiconductors and materials to electromechanical, mechanical and fluidic devices.
